All kinds of random video game websites that had never heard of the show before the day before were setting up livestreams and telling their readers it was going to be about half an hour of ORAS footage, none of them having the foresight to look into what the show even WAS or even have someone who knew Japanese on hand to explain what was going on.
So of course the Internet exploded with angry English-speakers raging at how the show didn't deliver what some shitty websites had promised.
