The problem with crowning Weezing as king of Poison is that it's not very good. It's more like the Poison-type People's Hero or the Poison-type Everymon.
Besides, out of the 59 Poison-type Pokemon in the game, only six are straight-up toxic monstrosities like Weezing, and the type tends to have a fairly even split between offense and defense.

Gardevoir isn't even that great to deserve those thrones though. Maybe in X/Y, but now it's less splashable compared to fairies like Clefable and Diancie. Slyveon maybe it could be the Queen if were talking about no megas. Xerneas is definitely king. As kings tend to have more dominant power.
