This is where GF fucked up. They kept Machamp with HO in mind due to Dynamic Punch and Stone Edge, and even in this case, Close Combat, and thus only had 'reasonable' bulk

Conkeldurr was built more like a tank but he also received the better and more reliable abilities AND attacking stat on top of the better bulk.

Why? How does that make any sense whatsoever? It's basically a Kamehameha, except you're shooting rocks from your hands/claws instead of chi. If anything, using it should SET Stealth Rock on the opponent's side.
