'Best' being relative here.

It is simple, yet consistent and ties well with M-Gardevoir. I found it easy to like right away despite how high expectations have been driven.

Imo only the shiny color redeems the design. I dislike M-Gardevoir for looking like a dressed bride ready for a wedding. A black dress was one of the best decisions for shiny colors they've ever done. Then again black makes everything look cool I guess
