Noivern and Noibat are the best designed dragons of this gen. Also they are qute rad in battle.
Specs Dragon pulse/Hurricane/Focus blast/Flamethrower puts in a dent in quite a lot of things.
If nothing else they are the best dragon killers in their respective tiers.
