If there were no tiers, the same things that are used in OU now would get used in the GameFreak meta, with no tiers, along the non-event Legends or whatever they decided wouldn't be banned and things like Greninja and Mega Mence. Sounds like a really shit meta. How the fuck does this make you more likely to be able to legitimately use Poliwrath?
