Water Absorb Cleric is better, but scald will be your only offensive option. Umbreon has foul play, which can remove almost every Dragon/Swords Dancer in the game with a uninvested Def, Sp.Defensive set.
Syncronize and Inner Focus prevent umbreon from beign Paraflinched
Fighting types are losign ground due faries everywhere, especially during Slash test.
Bug-types are Bug-types.
Faries are troublesome so Umbreon works best along a poison-type or steel-type.
I belive Umbreon is better, I have good experience with it in OU. Still, all depends on your core team.
