There are a ton of Pokemon I'm flat out not interested in owning. The largest amount comes from Gen I and Gen IV.

I can agree on Pinsir. It kind of bugged me that it didn't really learn any bug moves for a long time. It gets X-scissor now right? If it does I would consider using it.

It's definitely worth using, especially as it has a great mega as well. Was a total bro in HeartGold.

Skuntank is a really cool Pokemon, I definitely recommend using it. I've always liked its design but I don't have Diamond so I never got to use it until Gen VI where I noticed that you can find Stunky quite early in the game (shorty after the second Gym). It's not very good as a Stunky, but once it has evolved and knows Night Slash, Poison Jab and Flamethrower and is holding Black Sludge (which you also find quite early in the game, before the fourth Gym) it becomes a very useful Mon.

I have a ton of these in the form of my friends' "signature Pokemon." Anything my buddies have as their favorites I dismiss outright for my own use, since that their thing. It's corny but Pokemon taste is sort of an expression of individuality to me. The list includes:

Starmie
Magneton
Jolteon
Metagross
Dragonite
Swampert
Abomasnow
Scrafty
Golurk
And more

It'd just feel wrong for me to train any of them, useful or not.
