there's no "worst parts" of the fanbase. If Lucario or Gardevoir did not get them, those fanbases would not shut up either.
They chose beedrill but not butterfree, gyarados but not milotic--as long as they keep leaving out counterparts/groups people will complain
which is why they needed to fix their distribution badly
