Necessary evils with cheat devices in obtaining pokemon or cheats to get to them have absolutely no say in making your pokemon legit no matter how much you want to lie to yourself and believe this.
I'm just setting the record straight because I know there are people here who powersave and inject and pokegen and all that nasty goodness and actually think they have a legit collection or a legit shiny. You don't have those pokemon. You missed the events or didn't find the shiny legit, i'm sorry. That won't ever change. You'll have to get incredibly lucky and find somebody willing to trade one who can prove its real and find the shiny and not alter or find it it with a cheat device in some way.
Hacked Max IV dittos also make babies not legit. I'm so tired of this being accepted as standard fare for COLLECTORS.
Note I don't give much a shit if you get these to battle with them.Just make sure you're not saturating the online community of collectors with your fake mons.
