Probably cause of Unaware to stop setup sweepers like Xerneas and Rayquaza with Thunder Wave and how the tier is full of Dragons, although its pretty splashable as fuck for any team since it's versatile as fuck with it's okay bulk, enormous movepool, and amazing abilities.
