This one is 10 yrs old and has gone through a lot since I've moved and we're shitty when it comes to unboxing and box and store things we can't have lying around a lot (I didn't know he got this treatment, I've been searching him for quite a while), so it'd be normal for it to not be mint new
And they do cost a lot because this one was from the old pc before it was kill (most exclusives go for high prices nowadays), I believe it was a promotion merch for the lucario movie but dont quote me on that (I was a little kid who just wanted a lucario plush)
