It actually does have a code, but for some reason unlike the spirit tracks one it doesn't reflect light. Looking here now the codes somewhat less clear and focused

Yup the spacing is also very small and the fonts are bigger. Left one in the OP is most likely fake.

I thought I could get a good deal and literally no where else sells complete copies of Platinum, only the cart or some junk case at EB games. I guess this will be a lesson, never again.
