What's the best source for raw episodes? Raw torrents and DDLs naturally die sooner than the subs.

Also, I just came across an episode from BW2, and an episode of GetTV, in 4K. Is this normal, or did I just across some random personal encodes?

Haven't watched the anime in some time and would love to jump back in, but I'm slowly realizing how many files I missed in not doing the weekly rounds.
