it's just a floette that cannot evolve-so eviolite does no shit- that learns an extra move at lv.50, and I think its stats are a little better.
the move is simply 140BP fairy SPECIAL recoil move.

Do we know if she can be traded to ORAS yet? I'm not sure about whether the different stats means she's important enough to carry over, but if she can be traded to ORAS it might indicate something.
