It's always worth it an ace in the hole.
Being able to OHKO something tri-attack just won't bring down can mix things up if you play it right. I usually run both. Boltbeam is all the coverage you need anyway.

Yes but that's a hypothetical, and currently there's no mega PZ (unfortunately) so that's a moot point. Adapatability PZ is so much better than Download because you don't have to deal with switching in on a special wall and getting a boost in Attack which is completely useless on PZ.
