Hell, even Togekiss is more reliable than Gardevoir as it doesn't have shitty physical bulk and resists Sucker Punch to prevent a Bisharp sweep. Parahax makes it a great win condition too. I do admit that it hits like a truck but I wouldn't put it at the top with all the glaring flaws and competition it has. And no, Clefable is WAY more versatile and bulker and has one of the most colorful movepools ever. Gardevoir is far from being as a splashable fairymon compared to it. It needs either a Scarf or megastone to actually be worth using without support.
