I just learned AG on Showdown has Infintie Battle Clause.

I thought the tier was so ANYTHING COULD BE USED.

is there a Tier where I can use Funbro?

No. Because funbro is just a literally infinite battle where the person who uses funbro holds the battle hostage and just wins via forcing a forfeit. It's less a question of balance and more just making sure the game is at all playable.

The weird thing is, showdown still hasn't implemented any system to enforce the tie-breaker rule that cartridge games enforce nowadays
So, after 60 minutes (30 in tournaments), unended gamed are judged based on number of pokemon left, with a tiebreaker of HP remaining.
Which kind of puts an end to funbro, if you choose a reasonable number of turns to represent the time limit.

Because Funbro is just an exploit of the infinite battle system they have on Showdown, and they'd rather ban one specific troll Pokemon than force all battlers to use a timer like cart.
