I haven't seen many JP endings because I'm a dubfag and there seem to be a million endings given how the first season has like five, but I've watched the openings and my favorites have to be the OP4, OP5, OP9, and OP13 (I think Saiko Everyday refers to OP13, all those Legendaries, man).
