Besides, it's not THAT bad.Sure, Sheer Force Landorus and maybe Regenerator Tornadus is horrifying and not possible with RNG stats, but really, how can it be cheating? If they had Dark Void where it was illegal, I'd understand. If they were given Huge Power, I'd understand. Otherwise, I find you complaining about legality where it fits.
