What could you possibly do to make it as strong as Chansey? Only thing I could think of is to give it balanced balk, fairy typing, while also giving it every good doubles move. At least then it'll have an actual niche

I just wish it kept Regenerator in mega form. While it's always outclassed by Chansey and Clefable at least if it kept Regenerator it'd have some sort of niche for wishing and running.
