Gimmicks you love to use.

Snow Warning Blizzard spam. I just fucking love to use this thing in the battle spot, doubles. Give it the right support (I use mega Pidgeot since it can fuck Scizor and most fighting types) and slap it a scarf.

The chirp damage is also a bless to break sturdy or saches.

I guess that's great, but is it Snow Warning Aurorus really better than Refrigerate Aurorus?

I mean, Refrigerate Hyper Voice hits harder than Blizzard.

I really want to use Aurorus I really do, but that typing makes sure that it goes down in 2 turns or less.

Also, for chip damage and sash breaking, I just stick to sand teams.

Though I should make a hail team one of these days, hopefully Gen VII will give us a snow warning pokemon that's not named Abomasnow or Aurorus.

or just a general buff to ice types, giving the type a resistance to grass and ground wouldn't hurt.

Oh, you're right, I didn't take that into consideration.

I wish Aurorus was easier to use, though. Such a great design, but every time I try to use it I seem to only find people who packs bullet or mach punch spammers.

Fucking ice as a type doesn't need a fix. GF literally needs to make more glass cannon ice types. Weavile, the one ice type with fabulous attack and speed, along with Ice Shard can be fucking terrifying if you don't have an answer to it

Final Gambit, Protect, Water Shuriken, filler.

At full health, final gambit does some nasty damage. Water Shuriken is for revenge killing Talonflame if need be. Final Gambit is usually the only move you need and it's just fun nuking shit

Grass doesn't need yet another type to resist it. I've always favored adding Water, Flying, and Ground resistances to Ice. All of those resistances make thematic sense, all of those resistances are to types that can stomach an offensive nerf, and having all three of those resists makes a nifty land/sea/sky combo.
