Many of the questions on the test could pertain to other mental trends, for example on the OCD spectrum.
The point is that if you score 34 or above, you've ticked all the boxes for an autistic case. However, scoring under that amount simply suggests that you may have a mental 'tick' that overlaps some of the symptoms of autism. And that's not really all that bad.
