He lives in Italy where age laws are much more lax and a good chunk of that states here have the age of consent at 16. So unless we get a real solid age on the girl, we have no case. Yes, votes were shown to have been thrown out in an ubers suspect test by one guy. The whole decision was overturned and the guy demoted, yet you bring it up at every chance.
Now 2 mods have got in trouble for lewding underage users (not 12 year olds necessarily, underage) and both have been subsequently booted with a police report following the first.
There are pedos on /vp/, there are probably pedos in the UN, the EU, and the White House. Stop being such a fucking baby and get over yourself.

Haven't been in here for a couple days but just read through the thread, the post you're responding to doesn't mention mega gengar at all.

Off the top of my head some "debatable" decisions that smogon has made are M-Rayquaza, no rain ban (gen 5), changing usage stats to x elo instead of raw data, and plenty of suspect tests. Mega gengar is just the tip of the iceberg.

Smogon is not the messiah people make it out to be.
