other than stats, of course but the fact that it's the worst of a dozen shots at exactly the same niche dooms it to the shitpile. Forever.
You could save it with a godly Mega, obviously. For example, Fighting/Flying, +70 Atk -50 Sp.A +80 Speed with a kickass ability and CC courtesy of breeding with Staraptor would send it soaring to the top.
