Design: Leavanny mega evolves into a bad abusive parent. It's clothes become scraggly and tattered, and it gets a cigarette and broken beer bottle.
Ability: Abusive- Pokémon with BST 350 or less can't escape (Even if they use U-turn or Volt Switch, they can never get away) from Mega-Leavanny, and take double damage. If they are immune to Grass or Bug moves, like if they have Sap Sipper or wonder Guard, they lose the immunity.

Stat boosts are based on becoming meaner, and gaining defenses equal to Arceus, since it must appear god-like to the poor little Sewaddles it beats. Speed drop is from beer and cigs making you stumbling drunk and out of breath. Attack boosts are redundant since it's primary victims are weak and small and can be defeated in one shot anyway.
There, I ruined everything about Leavanny's design. It went from something you think about in your happy place to a mean-spirited joke.
