Yes, but not until about a year after the arcade version comes out.

Depending on when the NX comes out and whether it's a Wii U replacement (I've seen claims that it will be and claims that it won't) it might be on that instead, but a console port will happen, just likely not for a while.

Most of the fightings games are released in Arcades, then 6 months/1 year later they get released on console too.
