Icy Wind and Scald are a given, because Scald's 30% burn chance works nicely with Sacred Fire's 50% burn chance, and the two have good attacking Synergy anywho. Only thing you should be really worried about with these two is opposing Milotic since it would nab a Competitive boost upon switching into Icy Wind, and Scrotum-W.
Bisharp sucks Sacred Fire's ass, although it might be hard to avoid a Sucker Punch if you don't hit it with Sacred Fire on the switch, since iirc Extremespeed to avoid a sucker punch was a past gen event and only gen 6 mons are allowed
Pack Amoonguss or another Grass type for Rotom-W and Milotic. Breloom is a good option thanks to spore but opposing Milotic's ice coverage may prove troublesome.
Play your cards right, and you have a formidable duo.
