Im aware a R43DS would require an outdated firmware, and Im not very keen on giving online away.

But what about normal DS R4? Do those work? I get wet just thinking of playing hard-mode roms of Platinum and HGSS on the 3DS.

If you know a specific R4 that works, can you point me to it?
