When you see a blissey, you're basically forced to use a physical attack to down it. Now that option is gone. Either you attempt to stall it to death with Toxic, use your own mega which must be a setup sweeper to hopefully kill it before it gets you/your opponent switches to a counter, or you play another tier. Blisseyite would be Ubers if not AG.
