>>23487193Bullshit. The visuals in HGSS are the most gorgeous in the entire series and the bitching I hear about the soundtrack all the time is ridiculous. The remakes also added an actual Safari Zone that expands to let you catch nearly any non Legendary you want, Pal Park, Cerulean Cave, the Legendary birds, Gym Leader rematches, photos, GB Sounds if you absolutely need the original music, Battle Frontier and last but not least, fucking Pokeathalon just to name a few.
If Gen II for all its faults were the best gen, it would make HGSS the best games, definitely superior to Crystal. There's nothing the originals have on them besides the whiplash sound for a supereffective hit.
