It would be great, but I can't see it happening. Focus Blast is at least somewhat realistic given other Pokemon that get it.

Also, no way is it kicking Garchomp down. Blizzard would do a lot for Galvantula, but it isn't doing that much.

Not so sure about ubers because it still has solid checks, it can't switch in much and it usually kills itself. Still, would be a nice fit on birdspam teams and it fucks up common cores like Thundurus+Landorus and Ferrothorn+Heatran.

All Togekiss needs is Moonblast and it'll be OU forever. It'll be as commonly used as Scizor was after Platinum gave it Bullet Punch.
Cefable doesn't need shit. Its movepool is allready jaw dropping and its one of the best fairies.
Agreed with everything else tho. Although Slurpuff's special movepool allready hits all Steel and Poison targets. I ran a Geomancy set on STABmons and it has amazing coverage.

If Gengar had Nasty Plot, its base form might be ubers too. Earth Power might push it over the top too.

If Noivern had Thunder to go with its hurricane spam it would be on every rain team ever. Volt Switch would help it too so it can keep momentum.

I know it wouldn't save it, but Glaceon would be a bit better with Freeze Dry, so it's harder to wall when you scarf or specs it. The poor thing has such shitty coverage.

I don't think you understand how good a decently powered STAB move with a 60% chance to decrease special attack is especially on a mon with a weakness to Boltbeam. It would have the strongest non-mega Moonblasts in the tier(vanilla Gardevoir is only 5 points stronger but is shit in OU without the mega) add that with it's huge offensive and support movepool, having decent bulk in both sides, and being somewhat a win condition with Paraflinch just how in the hell wouldn't this thing leave BL with Moonblast alone?

That's not how Waterfall works, Waterfall is a move that uses the Pokémon's swimming proficiency to swim against the current and up the waterfall. It does damage because in battle it's like a strong tackle using the speed and momentum needed for such a feat. And, really, Barbaracle doesn't look like a great swimmer. By your logic, it should get Rock Climb rather than Waterfall.

Besides, Barb gets Razor Shell. It's not exactly in the 'no moves' boat when it comes to the Water type.

But thats not Rock and Ground coverage anon. Rock/Ground hits every Grass resist bar Grass and Dragon, which can be all covered with HP Ice. I do agree that those mentioned Grass types should get Fairy coverage. Fairy moves need to be widespread more that isn't STAB.

And here's Rampardos whose a physical attacker with a shit special attack stat and yet he gets all these fucking moves

I think the only pokemon it can't get past with this set is Heatran, are there any others? And that means on the switchin, of course Gourgeist loses 1v1 to Talon but it can't switch into Rock Slide.

Also the speed is for speed creeping Azumarill.
