Two time US National Champion Wolfe Glick has teamed up with an award winning director to make a documentary about competitive Pokémon VGC. To make this awesome idea reality, they need funding for the project via kickstarter.

The Smash Brothers will probably end up being a better documentary and I still wonder why I wasted four hours of my life learning about le top players.

Hell, the Chris-Chan documentary will probably be better.

They discuss 64 a bit and mention brawl but yea it's mostly melee. Also considering this was released before sm4sh it's not surprising they only talk about melee when it's the only game that most people consider competitive.

The weird thing I've noticed about VGC is that there are a load of incredibly autistic people who know the game well but never accomplish much, while the people who do really well are actually pretty cool.
