How would you suggest it evolves? Also, if it stays serpent-like, can it learn Coil? I always wished Dragonair could learn Coil. I'd be cool if it kept Shed Skin too. I actually like Shed Skin.

I'd rather make Dragonite's mega have some design aspects it got as a Dragonair. Most megas retain features they used to have from their middle stages (Metagross is half Metang, Salamence becomes defensive again similar to Shelgon,Ampharos gets it's wool back, etc.). Megas seem to be a great solution to pander to NFE fags. You resemble the previous evo more while your still upgrading the final stage. Both sides win.
