But Mew -is- the first pokemon, whether you want to believe it or not, and that can't be changed. Think about what you're saying. Whatever pokemon Arceus made first is the first pokemon, it could've been a bidoof or magikarp. Theres nothing to actually discuss here unless you want to fanwank fanbases of individual pokemon and make a pointless gen war. Arceus is only capturable because of gameplay reasons/Arceus putting down a avatar doll of itself for people to get to play with and Gamefreak writes some bullshit to make it seem plausible afterwards.
