I don't know if it's a legit card, but there is a Raichu card with that art and those attacks just not with full-card artwork.

That's from a thing people have been doing on tumblr, where they take their old Pokemon cards and paint on them, extending the background.

Fair enough. I'm getting sick of that art too, it's about 11 years old for God's sake. If we do end up getting ANOTHER gen 1 remake the we'll at least get some new art for the original 151 right?

Looks like someone took artwork of Raichu, and then overlaid it over an existing Pokemon card, with holes ripped out where the cart text is. But they didn't want to rip his tail.
