What should actually run Wild Charge? Almost no Electric-types are competent physical attackers, and the ones that are seem to either a) work about as well as a special attacker without having to rely on Electric-type Take Down (e.g. Eelektross) or b) have better options (e.g. Zekrom). Is there a situation where you really genuinely want Wild Charge? Something where it's invaluable coverage, perhaps?
