I'd really like to see a Pacific Northwest-based region. Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia, maybe with a bit of Alaska. That'd be a fun region. Lots of diverse and interesting geography and culture to play with, and even some Asian influence that could tie it to the original Japan-based regions.
