Make the bed in Rocket's Hideout take you to the Dream World instead of healing you. It's pink and full of Pokemon NPCs. When you talk to them, it say "_____ wants to play!" then asks you trivia questions about Wikipedia's editing standards. If you get them right, you get an item. If you get them wrong, it says "______ looks disappointed"

You know that route about Pewter that has Jumpluff on it? Change the "town" at the end to a truckyard full of pickup trucks. It's full of trainers who all use nothing but Mews with annoying gimmick sets. The secret 9th gym leader is a Mewtwo who uses a team of Hyper Offensive Mews. He doesn't give you a badge, but there's a drunk Mewtwo blocking the entrance to Victory Road who won't go away until you clear it.

In the post game, random hoopa portals will appear. You can access the johto and hoenn gyms and E4 through them.
All have teams based on their PWT teams.
After beating both, you can challenge OP.

Examining the truck gives the message:

(or whatever the dialog is for getting items in those games)
It's just a message though, you don't actually get a master ball

change the fighting dojo into "Shrek's Swamp" where instead of the dojo master there is "Neckbeard Wade" he uses Shrek and Donkey, who replace hitmonlee and hitmonchan, he gives you one after defeating him. The other trainers who replace the four trainers who are in the gym are "Nintendofag Phil" who uses Walrein, Ampharos, and Dragonite. "Dragonfag Spencer" who uses fug, salamence, and Latios. "Italian Mario" who uses Metagross, Tyranitar, and Mewtwo. last "Hipster Jackson" using shuckle, wobbuffet and exploud

Ekans is renamed Snekwood and becomes Poison/Ghost. Make its sprite look bloody or like a zombie or something. Learns Lick, Pain Split, Double Kick, and Leech Life. Evolves into Arbok at level 42.

Arbok is renamed Top Snek and becomes Poison/Dragon. It gets +30 to Attack, Special Attack, and Speed. Learns Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, and Triple Kick.
