I think he's even more common than Lando and 1850. And Chomp would give up a lot to run DD. He'd have to choose between Fire Blast, Stone Edge, or Stealth Rock. Considering most Chomps now are Bulky or Scarf, I honestly don't see regular Chomp getting that much better from it. Mega Chomp though would rocket to Ubers. Other Mega Dragons a shit.

Tail slap literally does ~83% just from the helmet.
