The Samurott is fine with me except for that weird chinguard thing and how its missing sheaths for the swords. The motherfucking might as well go dual wielding just like Dewott since it can stand on both legs.
The Emboar is alright but could use a bit of work. The ears shouldn't become fire and it should stick with the whole Chinese motif it had.
The Serperior is a bit eh. I honestly don't know how that could improve and I'd rather see a different design entirely. Probably drawn for the sake of being drawn.
