The previous ones caused a lot of controversity,a dn people still haven't warmed up to them that much. There haven't been much marketing of them after the movie either.
A new Mega Charizard is much more likely, seeing how they were both successes and are seen everywhere in all the different mediums. It seems like most people like at least one of its two megas.
