Igglybuff < Cleffa
Jigglypuff = Clefairy
Wigglytuff > Clefable

If we're talking competitively, Clefable beats out the rest. Wigglytuff does have its uses in doubles thanks to Competitive and its movepool, but Eviolite Friend Guard Clefairy is viable too.

Competitively? Clefable. S Rank in OU and useful in Ubers while Wigglytuff is in PU.

Personal taste? Clefable. Liked it since the odd egg from Crystal hatched into a shiny Cleffa for me. Also the rarity of Clefairy in Blue was appealing.

Lol Wigglytuff is way more uniquely designed. Cefable is just a bigger and fatter Clefairy with design adjustments while Jigglypuff becomes a rabbit with a cream colored belly. "It just gets bigger" evolutions are the most uninspired bullshit in monster design and you should feel bad for liking them.
