evasion ignoring moves like swift, aerial ace, shock wave, and such are great with technician, but yeah the biggest selling point is bullet and mach punch.

It's pretty good. Makes 60 BP moves usable. Things like Icy Wind, Power Up Punch, Thief, Struggle Bug and all the other weak gimmick moves are made dangerous.
