Step 1. Say what pokemon you're replacing. Post a picture of something similar to the new design you would be going for.
Step 2. Typing and stats. Can be basic like "Make it like before but with less bulk and more speed" or a full detailed spread. Mention whatever ability you're going for too.
Step 3. Look at other people's ideas and tell them if it would be an improvement on the original or not, so we can get some discussion going.

1. I'm replacing Florges. Florges' design is already fine, I'm just going to make it leafier. Make it look a lot like pic related.
2. Typing changes to Fairy/Grass. I can understand the two prevos not being grass types, but the last one has to be part grass.
Stats aren't changing much.
HP- 80
Atk- 65
Def- 65
SpA- 120
SpD- 150
Spe- 76

It actually gained a couple points of BST, I just lowered it's and SpD a couple points and put a couple extra into SpA and HP. Generally the original stats are fine. I hope that extra point of speed helps, I always wished it had just one extra point of speed.
As for abilities, I'm okay with Flower Veil since it tells all those Intimidate guys in doubles battles to go fuck themselves, but Symbiosis is useless and dumb. Change that Hidden Ability to Water Absorb, so you can heal it with Surf spam and it doesn't need Wish/protect for healing, since wish/protect is slow, predictable, takes up two moveslots, and kinda crappy.
One last thing, it learns Mud Bomb and Mud Slap from breeding with Skitty. Alternatively if you want, it's in the grass Egg group now, and learns Earth Power from breeding with Torterra, who already learns it from breeding with Nidoking.
