It's easier to use than Niji, since it doesn't require an account, but you need to fuck around a bit:

1) Download BETV from http://www.appnnn.com/topic/app_88.html (it's the Chinese version of Niji)
2) Copypaste the ppp.conf file fom your Niji folder into the folder you installed BETV in
3) Start BETV
4) Select CNN. It'll be a TV Tokyo stream.

This is why selecting TV Tokyo on Niji gave you CNN sometimes, the two programs are run by the same guys.

You just need to install it, then copy the .conf file over so there's no need to set up a Niji account or any of that bullshit.

I don't have a means to record video, but if it's the XY preview you want, some dude always uploads it on Youtube right after it airs.

As I said, I can't record anything, but someone always uploads the XY preview on Youtube.
The Get TV preview gets uploaded to TV Tokyo's Youtube account on Tuesdays, but I think the Pokemon Daisuki Club (http://www.pokemon.jp/) gets it before that. I'll check after the episode ends..
