Consider that the only fighting Pokémon on the OverUsed tier are Keldeo, Conkeldurr, Breloom and Lopunny.
Breloom is the Sporeman, Keldeo is special, Lopunny takes the Mega Slot.
Yeah, who would want a hard punching physical fighting Pokémon with 140 Attack, great bulk, great abilities that are able to surpass burn and movepool including near perfect coverage, drainning moves to use along Assault Vest and priority without using your MegaSlot?

It's no doubt a great mon, but this is the "Lose 30% just from touching my Garchomp" meta along with a steady increase in psychic mons. There aren't enough opportunities for Conk to show off its AV and get back recover with Drain Punch for right now.

The result is the same. My Conk is now just took over 50-60% in residual damage from punching a Garchomp twice, even more if it wanted to EQ or rocks are up now. Nothing is going to let it get Drain Punch recovery outside of Rotom and Heatran. Conk also can't switch into any psychic stab in the tier, so if Conk is the answer to psychic mons, the procedure is to sac something just to force it out. It was pointed out that Conk broke SkarmBliss, but SkarmBliss on stall is always paired with Mega Sableye. Conk's only real use was against Greninja, Gengar, and Thundurus. 236 SpDef can't even switch into Serperior.
