So after breeding a bunch of regular sets and using them in battles on OR and AS, I've gotten bored with using the best and such regular sets.

Anyone here got any fun sets which can work (not special attacking sneasel etc.) ?

I like using Hone Claws Zard X. Flame Charge for Speed, Dragon Rush for power, Iron Tail for Fairy types, but EQ works as well. EVs are up to you, I run a bit of bulk.

Now I'm gonna need some sauce there OP.

Skill Swap Mega Gallade is pretty fun to use. It can fuck up so many things like Mega Sableye (it bounces the SS off to you, but it doesn't really matter since it still exchanges the abilities).

I still make good use of it even in 1600 land, so it's not bad by any means. Your other moves are obviously Psyshock and whatever you want in the last slot. T-bolt if you need to kill Skarmory faster, Calm Mind if you're greedy.

Naive/Naughty/Hasty/Lonely Nature
- Psychic/Psyshock
- Return
- Thunderbolt/Other Special Attack
- Shadow Sneak

85 Attack isn't great, but a 132 power STAB attack helps. If you're really crazy, you could go full Physical with Zen Headbutt, Return, an elemental punch, and Shadow Sneak.

Other Pokémon with Sand Force probably do this much better (Gastrodon for example), but Gigalith is the only one to learn Power Gem.

That's a Zard ready to be killed by priority.

Hyper Beam also gives your opponent another free turn to set up, so even if you kill the Zard what stops a Scizor or Landorus from setting up afterwards? Just seems like a waste of a slot that could be used for coverage or Taunt/Wisp to me.

I am not arguing that the majority of the time Voice is better. Beam is just a possible alternative if you need to oneshot a bulkier opponent or if you want a stronger attack right before you die. It also is way better on Pidegeot than Gardevoir, mostly because of the Speed differnce. Ultimately, I use Beam mostly because it is fun, and that's what I play video games to do, is to have fun.

I guess you could use Power Whip, but Grass is shit offensively, so it would be a bad idea. Aqua Tail and Thunder Punch are actual good options, and Iron Tail if you really hate fairies.

I usually use it with my Speed Boost Iron Defense Scolipede, which reminds me of another set I use. Leftovers/Eviolie Dusclops with Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, and Pain Split. I also use that with the aforementioned Scolipede.

Works well as a lead, with U-Turn or FG as it's a fast buge. FG is pretty risky as a lead since a lot of things carry Focus Sashes, but it OHKOs lead Heatran and bypasses Air Balloon. Watch out for sneaky boulders as the 25% off your health severely limits Final Gambit's usability unless you can manage a Recover.

It's really fun to use.
