If you had the opportunity to redesign a pokemon, either by changing minor details (ie pic related) or changing the whole design of a concept (ie I wish dragonair's evolution looked more like XXX), which Pokemon would you redesign, and what would they look like?

Feel free to either write or draw some shit up. I might doodle some other concepts if I find them interesting, other drawfags are welcome to do so as well.
