It's viable in Doubles.

In Singles, you can use it as a Stealth Rocker and/or just fire off strong hits with it. Even its switch-ins take a shit ton of damage.

Fire Blast, Earth Power, Rock Slide/Ancient Power covers everything pretty well bar things like Lati@s.

But M-Camerupt isn't even good for doubles.
If you're not playing Trick Room then it's outclassed by virtually every other offensive mega, but even if you do M-Camerupt isn't the best choice as TR teams are notorious for struggling against bulky ground and water types such as Landorus and Swampert (which is why M-Aboma is the premier TR sweeper since it completely shits on them).

It pairs decently with Celebi with a bulky set. If you use CeleRupt, electric-types may as well not exist because they'll never break your core.

Camerupt is good, it's the best mega for TR after Mawile. Abomasnow is probably about as good but is weak to lots of priority which is bad for TR and is honestly better with a sash + other mega.
